Motivated by her own experience, Carissa became a certified personal trainer in 2020.

Meet Faith, an experienced trainer with over 10 years of MMA coaching under her belt. Faith transitioned to personal training almost 5 years ago, where she found purpose in helping people improve their health and well-being.
Faith has an extensive background in sports, starting with years of competitive gymnastics in her childhood and transitioning to MMA in her teens. Her introduction to weight training in early adulthood started as a desire to achieve a certain physical appearance. However, it quickly became a habit that not only transformed her body but also positively impacted her physical health and mental well-being. Now, Faith is passionate about sharing her love for fitness and aims to teach others how to make fitness sustainable and enjoyable.
